5. Refunds and Cancellations

Ticket refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable event terms and Progressive.lk's Refund Policy. Where an event is cancelled or postponed, Progressive.lk may coordinate with the relevant event organizer regarding the applicable refund process.

6. Event Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for the organization and execution of their respective events, including venue arrangements, performances, schedules, cancellations, postponements, and other event-related matters. Progressive.lk may provide event information and ticketing functionality but does not necessarily organize or operate every event listed on the platform.

7. User-Submitted Content

Progressive.lk may allow users, artists, event organizers, or other authorized parties to submit information, images, profiles, music-related information, event details, or other content. Users and content providers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content. Progressive.lk reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Progressive.lk name, logo, website design, original content, graphics, software, and other materials belonging to Progressive.lk may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without appropriate authorization. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
